For Christmas, my dad made me some wodden shelf blocks (inspired by West Elm). I had him make nine for a wall in my room, but then decided six would look better. I used the other three on a wall in my bathroom! Since the walls are chocolate brown in there, I had to paint a greenish-blue box so that the boxes would not just blend into the wall. Then I got some glass thingies, put some greenish-blue stones from Crate and Barrell in them and then topped with a white candle (it's sort of hard to see)...I'm happy with how it turned out for the most part!  Posted by Picasa

And here are the other six blocks my dad made for me on the wall in my bedroom between the entrance door and the bathroom door....I think it really fills the wall up! Posted by Picasa

Hhhmmm...what do you say about this one? Strange kid.... Posted by Picasa

This is me and my friend Tom...He's been helping me weight train the past few weeks! It's been helpful to have someone to help motivate me to go to the gym! Posted by Picasa

Laura and I singing "Material Girl" together...don't we look in love? Heehee...oh, and for the record, that is not a tattoo on my arm, Laura drew an "L" on there for me to help with my ghettoness...thanks, Laura! Posted by Picasa

Laura, Timberli, Nichole, Becca and me! Timberli turned 30 last week and had a huge party to celebrate! We all went and got our make up done at MAC in Nordstrom and dressed up in "bling bling" outfits! It was a fun time! Posted by Picasa

AAaaaaaahhhhhhh....we're home again! It was so nice to be able to spend time with everyone, but it's nice to be back home again....well, you know, sort of! It's more fun to live in non-reality! Back to the daily grind and all....

Our house is still standing, which is fantastic. I had worries about it burning down or something....lol! Always worrying about something dumb! I just wouldn't be me without a few worries, right?

I will be posting pictures from our trip soon...I'm super duper exhausted, so I'm gonna h it the sack in a minute....I have school bright and early tomorrow...sigh....heehee! Again, for those of you we got to see, it was sooo good to spend time with you! It went by soooo fast! I'm planning a trip back in July, so hopefully I'll see even more people then!

Don't look at me in this pic...gag! But, here's happy Mommy and Blakey Pookins! Posted by Picasa

And he is quite the avid reader! He got the marker out of the top of the book (it's sort of hard to see) and colored all over himself and the kitchen floor (good think it wasn't the carpet!!!). It was a wipe-off marker, so it came off of him easily...I thought it was sort of funny!  Posted by Picasa

He loves to play outside, that little boy! We bought him some Reef flip flops the other day....way too cute! I love miniature adult stuff! Now we all have our Reefs....dorky, huh? Posted by Picasa

No offical date has been set as of yet, but we're working on that one! Posted by Picasa

After dinner and the actual proposal, we met some friends at a restaurant to celebrate! We were so happy to see everyone there! It was so much fun! Posted by Picasa
