Well, I got a job....sigh...well, it's a temp to hire job, but it's still a job. Monday through Friday 8-5 in the downtown Austin area. I enrolled Blake in the local La Petite (the only place I could find with three days' notice), where he will start tomorrow. I keep trying to explain to him what's going to happen. When I ask him if he wants to go play with the kids at daycare he tells me, "nuh uh", so dropping him off in the morning should be pretty heart wrenching. I am going extra early so I can play with him while he's there and show him around and things (he went to tour the place with me last week and was tearing the place up like he belonged there, so that's a good sign), so hopefully he'll be ok when I leave. I also got a call from Austin Regional Clinic about my application that I turned in last week. I hope I get an interview! I'm just working admin for an environmental agency now, but if I could get my foot in at a dr's office, I'd be so excited! Wish me luck on that one!!!!!
Other than those changes, not too much going on at our house. Just spent a nice relaxing weekend at home...I studied for 6 hours Sunday while Bryce and Blake went to Bryce's mom's house for the afternoon. I like to outline the chapter as I read it....I swear, I have a bruise on my thumb and my pinky finger hurst from so much writing! I had to stop before I went insane, so a break I took for the rest of the evening. Pretty wild times here at our house!
Well, now that I'm a working woman, I can't stay up too late anymore! I must retire to my suite and get myself into my beddy bye! Hope everyone's doing well! Pictures to come soon!!!!

The new job & job prospects sound exciting. You're so lucky that Blake would even walk in the door at the daycare. We went to visit and Vivian fell by the front door crying. It's going to be so fun trying to leave her in August!
Ah, I remember the all day studying for anatomy! Keep up the good work- keep that tunnel vision and graduation day will come soon!
Hope you like your new job & that Blake likes his daycare.
How did your first day go? How does Blake like La Petite? Hope it is all going well! :)
Hope you like your new job! I am working a lot plus having to do all the stuff at home by myself; cleaning & yardwork...it is tough but you can do it! :)
