I'm a week behind with my pictures, but here's last Thursday's 35 week belly shot. She's sticking out like a watermelon these days. I had my 36 week check up (again, a few days early) yesterday. We scheduled my 37 week ultrasound for next Monday! My doctor will check her out and see how she's doing and after it's determined she would do alright on the outside, it's up to me if we induce or just wait. It's soooo darn tempting to think I could have her earlier!!! I'm trying for a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) this time and having a smaller baby would increase my chances of this, but.....I also sort of want the surprise of going into labor on my own and all of that! I guess we'll see after the ultrasound appointment....I'm excited to know we could be meeting our daughter so soon! I'm not ready, but....I guess you never really are! I'm not terribly uncomfortable or anything like that, so, really, if she stayed in until my due date in 4 weeks, I'd probably be just fine with that. We shall see.....I feel so powerful having this decision in my hands!!!!! I'll keep you posted!

I'm surprised they want to induce early- it can sometimes lead to c-section if you're not ready- but then you don't want to deliver a 10 pounder VBAC either. Good luck with the decision- I'm stuck with the wait! :)
My doc said the same thing that Lisa just said when I was making the decision to induce... thats a toughie!

I have no idea with advice on the induction. I keep going back and forth in my mind about trying a VBAC too the next time...but I don't know that I'd want to be induced 2 wks early either. Good luck! You'll make the right one for you!
You look good momma! I love the pink and black, very cute. Good luck with your decision, I don't know how much I am going to enjoy something the size of a roast beef coming out of what compares to the size of ones nostril....hmmmmm.

i always thought of labor as my race. ...something i wanted to 'win' on my own. weird i know. but win i did! ...just took many, MANY hours. ;) good luck w/the decision-
