This is probably the most beautiful picture I've ever taken...what's so special about this one, you ask, besides the precious baby in it? Well, this is my two week old daughter sleeping in her own bed! Yes, it is a miracle! I couldn't get Blake to sleep in his own bed until he was like 6 months old! This little girl has no problem taking her naps there! She'll sleep for hours in her crib! It's so liberating being able to put her down for awhile--I never had that freedom with Blake! She looks so cozy, doesn't she?

hank was like blake! i hear from lots of moms that the 2nd baby is easier.... probably because they can't possibly demand as much attention w/other kids around.
